Authorization
All on-line purchases require a return authorization number.  Contact us prior to returning an order.  Items returned without a return authorization number will be refused.

Items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery or purchase date (*exceptions apply).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Items that come in contact with a mouth (including, but not limited to); reeds, harmonicas, mouthpieces, etc.
• Items that require registration including audio interfaces & mixers with registrable software.
• Special order items 

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-purchased condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.

Refund
Buyer receives refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges..
